If the customer does not show up in the time allotment the appointment will be cancelled. When checking in for an appointment please park in a parking spot and check in at the Quick Lane counter. Appointment guarantees customer(s) in the next available bay. Approximate wait time for vehicle to be pulled in for service could be up to 15 minutes. If an appointment is made with any fleet company, then a prior approval is needed before work starts. Unless if the customer wants to pay by credit card do speed up the process.
