Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- Ford Certifications preferred
- Dealership experience a plus
- Strong automotive background

Automotive Office Manager
Watertown Ford seeks an experienced Office Manager. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Oversight of the day-to-day functions within the dealership accounting office;
- Accounts payable.
- Accounts receivable.
- Prepares daily bank deposit and cash report.
- Review journals, schedules and general ledger to ensure accurate posting and controls.
- Prepares sales commission/charge-back detail reports
- Assist auditors
- Full-charge responsibility for all aspects of general ledger;
- Posting and maintenance of standard entries on a monthly basis;
- Effective cash management of dealership accounts;
- Preparation and timely submission of monthly financial statement;
- Assisting Owner, General Manager and Department Heads by providing financial reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis;
- Keep Controller informed of any key issues relating to the financial activities and accounting staff
- Administration and adherence to company policies, procedures and controls;
- Timely and accurate reconciliation of inventory accounts, cash accounts, bank accounts;
- Preparation and analysis of trend reports;
- Train and support members of accounting staff and review individual work product frequently;
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting tasks;
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years Automotive Office Management;
Proficiency with CDK and Microsoft Office applications;
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail;
Ability to motivate, train and develop accounting staff;
Professional appearance, positive attitude and willingness to get the job done;

Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on the latest repair methods and techniques for the vehicles sold and serviced by the dealership
- Perform all body and refinishing repairs according to estimate and supplement as necessary
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Perform welding, soldering, body alignment and oxidizing operations
- Diagnose the cause of malfunction and perform needed repair
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
- Examine vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Advise Body Shop Manager or Damage Appraiser if additional work is needed
- Attend factory sponsored training classes and keeps abreast of factory technical bulletins
- Operate all equipment in Body Shop in a safe and productive manner
- Maintain work area in an orderly and clean manner
- Light painting, if deemed qualified and necessary by the Manager
- Ensure customer’s cars are kept clean
- Document all work performed as soon as the job is completed
- Understands and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as the disposal of hazardous waste
- Will secure permission from management and write up an RO before doing any work on personal vehicle

Responsibilities
-Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
-Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
-Cleans driveway and sidewalks
-Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
-Makes key tags for vehicles.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

Stoneham Ford is currently seeking a Service Technician Assistant/ Apprentice for our busy service department. The qualified candidate will have Automotive Repair Experience/ Schooling. The selected individual will be working side by side with a Ford Certified Technician completing repairs on the Ford family of vehicles.
