I purchased my 99 Ranger from your dealer ship while it was new. I've been very pleased with the help and services that you have provided. That is why I talked my wife into buying her 08 Escape there recently. I've had all my service and repairs done there, with the exception of an alternator and battery repair that left me stranded at the sears parking lot. Right next to the auto service center. Bill, at the fast oil change center runs a great operation. Oil changes and basic needs are taken care of quickly and done right.
Bill Cambell and co. have been great at the service desk. Scheduling and getting the job done right the first time. I've had one nagging constant repair with the serpentine belt, but I think that's a design flaw, not a repair issue. It's been very convenient to get a rental car, when necessary. The rental staff is very polite and the cars have always been clean and dependable. I recently rented a Fusion and enjoyed the ride. I'll have to come down and see Larry Lamphier about buying a new one soon. He sold my wife her car. We had some issues during the process, but Larry was outstanding at resolving everything. I believe in Ford. You sell a quality product and back it up with trained service, products and personnel. I look forward to many more years behind the wheel of a Ford.

I would like to tell you that I did receive a very fast response and all of my questions were quickly answered. I like being able to begin a search through the internet and narrowing down my choices prior to going out and looking at cars. It is a great time saver and more than a little convenient. I made an appointment online to go and see the car the next day. I eventually ended up buying the car and was very happy with the overall experience.

I did indeed receive information on my Internet inquiry from, I believe, her name was Erin. My husband Ron and I have always done our "homework" before making a vehicle purchase. We actually were in the showroom both Friday and Saturday last week and spoke with Doug Prentiss. We have know Doug since he first started at Stoneham Ford when we purchased a 1996 Cougar from him. Since then we have purchased several other vehicles from Stoneham Ford and plan to continue doing business with them in the future. I had a nice call from Erin on Friday. She hooked me up with Chris Rivest, who we had bought our last car from (2007 Freestyle). We stopped down on Saturday morning and the car we were looking at was prepped and ready to go. We took it for a spin around the block, loved it, signed the deal and just picked it up tonight. Everyone we dealt with, from Erin to Chris, to John in Finance was professional, friendly and very helpful. This was an absolutely flawless experience. It was a pleasure working with the team, and I really enjoyed driving my Mustang convertible home!

I found you guys through the internet; this is usually how I do my shopping and most people I know do the same thing, saves a lot of time. This is how I actually purchased my home and vacation home, and buy what I need for my business. If a company does not have a website that’s informational I move to the next company that does. Your website is excellent and extremely helpful; actually it’s the best one I have ever seen. Saved me lots of time and made it very easy to help locate a Commercial van. I also like where you have the CARFAX history, again time saver. When I contacted you guys through the website at 11:00 pm I received a response first thing in the morning.
The sales person I called and talked to Tony to let him know I was on the way to look at a vehicle, because I was driving over an hour away. When I arrived Tony was kind, polite and very helpful. I actually felt very comfortable in trusting him. He was very patient, honest and very helpful in helping me decide what vehicle would be best for my business needs. I was very happy with the service and experience he gave.
Business manager, Aram was great, made everything very easy. I like the fact I was able to email him the paper workthat he needed so I could finance the vehicle, made everything fast, easy and pleasant.
Recommendations: Not much to recommend: But I believe to bring the experience and service to the max a coffee machine would be nice; a lot of places have a little area where you can get a free cup of coffee.
Overall experience with Stoneham Motor co: My experience was great and I was very pleased and I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Stoneham Motors. I definitely will recommend Stoneham to others. It’s nice to see a company that is up to date with there website, clean building, good quality vehicles at affordable prices, and have excellent customer service.
